ADMISSION FOLLOWING A CONSULTATION OR AN APPOINTMENT

In order to facilitate your admission, it is advisable to inform the establishment in advance of the day of your admission, by telephone or by e-mail to the following address cl.augustin@planet.tn.

This will also enable us to reserve the room you want, with or without an accompanying bed, depending on your request. You will be welcomed at the reception desk on your arrival. MEDICAL EVACUATION TO TUNISIA

Foreign patients can send their medical file by e-mail. Our doctors will study it as soon as possible and a diagnosis and a detailed estimate will be sent to them.
We take care of our foreign clients wishing to be treated in Tunisia from the moment they arrive at the airport.

We also provide accommodation for accompanying persons.

EMERGENCY ADMISSION

Our emergency service is open 24 hours a day.

The doctor on duty or designated staff will collect only essential information on admission in order to provide the necessary emergency care as quickly as possible.

The admission formalities must be completed by you or a member of your family within 24 hours of admission.

COVERAGE / INSURANCE / CONVENTIONAL AGREEMENTS

In the event of coverage by your employer through an agreement with the clinic or in the event of an accident at work, you must bring the documents proving coverage provided by your employer.

If you have foreign insurance (e.g. CFE), you must contact your insurance company when you are admitted and inform a member of the clinic staff.

If you are not covered by insurance or a paying organisation, the admission formalities will include a financial guarantee in the form of a deposit.
